Its operations span a wide range of activities, including procurement, processing, warehousing, transportation, and distribution of various commodities.Job Purpose The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and delivering all finance and accounting activities in the assigned factories. They will collaborate with the functional team and stakeholders to perform financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and maintain internal controls over the factory portfolio's financial performance.Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and present MIS reports for the assigned portfolio to stakeholders.Prepare and review plant profitability statements and financial reporting deliverables.Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement, managing expenses related to production, workforce, materials, and overhead.Manage financial controls for the plant's commercial operations.Monitor inventories and analyze aging to support decision-making.Analyze Capex and profitability for new products and business opportunities.Implement internal guidelines/SOPs for effective control.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; mitigate financial risks.Track and review budgeting and accounting activities, including full-year budgets and forecasts.Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform month-end closing activities.Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of issues.Handle statutory and compliance requirements, including taxation issues.Collaborate for internal and statutory audits at the plant.Educational Qualifications and Experience CA intermediate qualification with 4-5 years of relevant experience.Experience in manufacturing or production sectors.Proficiency in SAP ERP modules.Ability to adapt to a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
