We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Carpenter you will play a crucial role in various construction projects throughout the city ensuring highquality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.Perform a wide range of carpentry work including framing finishing and custom woodworking Interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to execute carpentry projects efficiently Utilize and maintain carpentry tools and equipment properly Collaborate with team members and other trades to coordinate work schedules and resolve issues Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on the job site Conduct quality checks and inspections of completed work Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of materials and supplies Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the construction team Adapt to changing project requirements and work in various weather conditions Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding project status and any challenges Qualifications : 35 years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry Advanced carpentry skills and proficiency in various woodworking techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications Extensive knowledge of carpentry tools equipment and materials Strong problemsolving abilities and meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA)Thorough understanding of construction industry standards building codes and regulations Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions Flexibility to work on different project sites within Dubai Valid UAE drivers license preferred Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering highquality work Goaloriented and efficient work ethic Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime #J-18808-Ljbffr
