Full‑time Engagement: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linked In, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
Research target companies, marketing agencies, and decision‑makers to personalize outreach.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as marketing tech stack, campaign volume, and agency size.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Hub Spot/Salesforce or similar).
Hit weekly KPIs for outreach volume, conversations, and booked meetings.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in Mar Tech, digital marketing, and lead‑gen strategies.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role (preferably in Saa S, Mar Tech, or agency sales).
Proven success with outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, Linked In outreach).
Familiarity with marketing terminology, funnels, and performance metrics.
Experience selling to marketing teams or agencies is a major plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self‑starter mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
