We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Development Executive
with strong experience in the
IT industry
to drive sales growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand our global market presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in generating leads, converting prospects, and managing the full business development cycle within the technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, social media, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and virtual meetings with key stakeholders.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals successfully.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Participate in strategic planning to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and lead-generation targets.
Represent the company in virtual events, webinars, and industry forums as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry (mandatory).
Proven ability to sell IT services, software solutions, or technology products.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, Saa S, cloud, infrastructure, or digital services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to hit and exceed targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients (US/EU markets preferred).
Background in outbound sales or cold calling for IT companies.
Knowledge of IT staffing, managed services, or consulting is a bonus.
Strong sales acumen and closing ability
