Associate Business System Analyst (Saudi Arabia)

The Associate Business System Analyst will assist in activities related to analyzing and evaluating current business systems. The role supports the identification of business, organizational, and operational requirements, as well as contributes to the design, development, and implementation of systems that enhance business functions, processes, and programs. Key Responsibilities Support the analysis and evaluation of existing business systems and processes. Assist in identifying business, organizational, and operational system requirements. Contribute to system design, development, testing, and deployment efforts. Participate in documenting system specifications, workflows, and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. Help troubleshoot system issues and support end-users in resolving operational challenges. Promote and support process improvement initiatives across business units. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Systems or Engineering. Minimum of three (3) years of full-time employment experience in a related role. Technical Requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
