Job Description Key Accountabilities : Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and technicians allocation for day-to-day operations. Co-ordinate resources (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs. Improve job efficiency, achieve targets, and reduce redo jobs. Identify client needs and explain/demonstrate AMC services, which may involve technical descriptions of products and their usage. Prepare all quotations accurately, taking into account company rules and policies. Follow up with customers for quotation approvals. Identify staff that require ongoing training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved. Work with apprentices and semi-skilled staff to role model appropriate technical skills. Propose special tools for jobs and tasks. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or above. Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience required in heavy equipment; preferable heavy equipment dealer experience. Skills: High technical capability, reading and writing in English, good computer knowledge, and sound knowledge in mechanical and electrical aspects of heavy equipment.
