We want to ensure that we find the right home for each tenant, while maximizing the landlord's rental income. That’s where qualified leasing agents play a crucial role. They communicate and vet potential tenants, conduct knowledgeable property and neighbourhood tours, and oversee the leasing process until the tenant is placed in the property. Acting as an interface between landlord representatives and tenants, the leasing agent ensures that both sides are satisfied and that leasing arrangements meet expectations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously are essential. Objectives of this role Achieve revenue and occupancy goals Maintain accurate records for properties Stay informed of rental market conditions Advertise available properties online and offline Determine prospective tenants’ leasing eligibility Ensure a frictionless signing and move-in process for tenants Responsibilities Attend to tenant inquiries promptly Conduct tours with potential tenants Prepare and execute leases according to property standards and regulations Update leases when tenants move in or leave Conduct credit checks and background screenings to qualify tenants; perform regular lease compliance audits Collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments Coordinate property maintenance as per client agreements Keep management informed of any issues Ensure both landlord and tenant satisfaction, acting as an interface to meet expectations Skills and qualifications Minimum 1.5 years of leasing experience in Dubai (Real Estate) Good organization and time management skills Ability to multitask Strong customer service and negotiation skills RERA Broker ID We are looking for candidates who can join immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
