Sky View Real Estate is looking for a Leasing Consultant.Organize leasing operations in order to meet agreed-upon revenue goals while staying under budgeted costs.UAE Driving license is a must.Responsibilities: Should have good knowledge of Leasing.Understanding requirements from DDA, DCD, DED & DEWA authorities.Ability to source retail properties through various means and networks.Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning abilities.Excellent negotiation skills with a strong background in customer service.Advanced communication skills in English; Arabic would be advantageous.Carry out market intelligence to establish and determine market trends and practices to advise the right rental value for Retail Units.Should have skills in handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.Requirements: The ability to plan and negotiate and knowledge of the real estate market.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Relationship-building skills.Track record of continuous improvement and learning.Productivity oriented.Excellent command of written and spoken English.What we provide: 50% commission payable.Visa.Medical insurance.In-house marketing team with photography, property listings on portals, and social media.Ongoing training and best mentorship throughout your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
