HR Executive

Al Haktur IT Solutions, a leading provider of innovative technology services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai . This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a productive and positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE labor laws. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and professionalism. Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration. Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR management system regularly. Coordinate performance evaluations, training programs, and employee development initiatives. Support internal communication, staff engagement, and organizational development activities. Liaise with government authorities regarding visa processing, labor permits, and compliance matters. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or tech industry. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
