About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Sales Manager to lead and grow sales to our strategic partnerships by contributing to finalizing large-scale HVAC projects and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and business growth. Job Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with key developers and strategic partners. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing for large-scale HVAC projects. Collaborate with internal application engineering and consultant coverage teams to deliver tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the Emirates. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale support. Additional responsibilities include: Managing a team of outside sales professionals and ensuring operational plans and objectives are met. Coordinating business development activities aligned with leadership’s strategy. Analyzing bids, negotiating with customers, and maintaining customer relationships. Conducting product presentations and workshops to educate prospects and develop business. Maintaining a personal sales pipeline and hunting for new opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred). Proven experience in key account management and strategic project sales, ideally in HVAC or construction sectors. Strong understanding of the UAE market and developer ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously. Practical knowledge in leading sales processes and managing teams. University degree with 5+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
