QHSE OFFICER
Description
As a QHSE Officer, you will ensure a healthy and safe working environment within the project site and the organization. Your role is crucial in minimizing workplace hazards and ensuring all employees comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Implement and enforce QHSE policies, procedures, and site regulations, and ensure compliance from all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Ensure prompt corrective actions for unsafe conditions or hazards. Assist in incident investigations, reporting, and recommending preventive measures. Provide safety training and Health and Safety inductions to site workers and staff. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety records. Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE and safety equipment on the construction site.
