For additional information, visit us at Job Description Responsibilities: Provide technical support for troubleshooting operating system issues, including Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications, primarily over remote support channels. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly. Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Identify, escalate, and document issues as needed. Provide product and service information to customers and research solutions using available resources. Route calls and tickets to appropriate support domains. Document all interactions according to SOPs. Recognize and report trends in customer calls to management. Create SOPs for new issues and resolutions. Complete call logs and reports accurately.
