About the role Service clients contacting AIG via calls and emails for product queries, policy servicing, claim document review, and claim registration. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with AIG and regulatory standards. Perform policy servicing activities, claim registrations, and respond to client queries within SLAs. Follow up with Detractors based on Net Promoter Score feedback to improve services. Update job knowledge through study and educational opportunities. Support broker engagement activities and ensure proper communication. Maintain punctuality and schedule adherence.
