Currently, we are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Procurement Manager within their dynamic team. Job Description: As the Procurement Manager, you will be at the forefront of procurement activities, playing a crucial role in maintaining ethical and regulatory standards in the defense sector. You will lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's and defense sector's objectives. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers while ensuring compliance with sector regulations. Negotiate advantageous contracts while maintaining professional relationships with suppliers. Collaborate closely with operational departments to understand their needs and ensure the availability of necessary products and services. Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement plans. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the defense sector. In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations in the defense industry. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Ability to make quick and informed decisions in a dynamic environment. French, Arabic and English. Qualifications: University degree in management, logistics, or a related field. Certification in procurement management (CIPS, for example) would be an asset.
