Reporting to the Head of Pricing, DT One is seeking a Pricing Manager based in Barcelona with strong analytical and research skills, and a keen commercial mindset to drive the business growth in the region. In the Europe team, we are a diverse group of international colleagues representing multiple nationalities & speaking multiple languages with our clients across the region. Key Job Responsibilities Analyze pricing data from industry standards, sales trends and competitors' analysis for the region. Monitor and update commercial price lists in alignment with the regional sales and network (procurement) teams. Identify the appropriate sales and marketing strategies to define pricing structures and grow key client revenues in alignment with the regional sales leader. Enhance margin efficiency while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Monitor evolving market trends and identify pricing inefficiencies, deliver actionable insights through regular executive reporting. Prepare pricing for RFPs, ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with overall profitability and business objectives; Draft strategic pricing plans and processes for the prospects and key customers with the sales team. Develop a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data. Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions. Actively collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, product, network, and finance, to ensure strategic and commercial alignment with the company’s objectives for the region. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of pricing analyst experience. A natural aptitude for numbers in a commercial environment. Effective reporting and presentation skills. Enthusiastic and proactive team player. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills, with excellent organization skills. Advanced competence in Excel and Powerpoint. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
