Q-Express Documents Transport Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is seeking an experienced ACES Specialist to drive process excellence and optimize store operations across MENA. This role involves developing a deep understanding of operational processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of lean thinking. Key responsibilities include: Managing the UFG store improvement plan to enhance customer experience while minimizing costs. Developing and promoting continuous improvement and lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Standard Work, and SOPs. Training teams in Kaizen activities and disseminating Lean principles. Supporting the implementation of the UFG store agenda and leading daily GEMBA activities to address issues directly at their source. Standardizing processes according to Amazon and regional benchmarks. Maintaining strong relationships with Process Owners and stakeholders. Using data-driven analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, leveraging Kaizen, PDCA, and Six Sigma methodologies. Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to travel within UAE to different stores. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
