Title and Summary Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Portfolio Product Specialist) All About the Role Advisors Deploy is an execution-oriented, client-facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by: • Delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently • Successfully implementing complex technology and delivering challenging transformation programs to create new business as usual • Strengthening clients’ internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas • Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices Support Strategy Execution This role will be responsible for supporting: • Managing portfolio growth and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle of a card customer • Ensuring balanced growth addressing Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Service Delivery risks • Designing and developing best-in-class portfolio programs based on local needs and co-creating globally scalable solutions with the central team • Managing the delivery of regulatory changes to ensure timely implementation with seamless client experience and cost-effectiveness Business • Supporting strategies to grow the credit card portfolio in line with business targets • Initiating customer engagement & balance build campaigns across channels to increase spending and balances • Supporting credit card installment plans, including designing payment plans, implementing sales strategies, and revenue optimization • Collaborating with Marketing and Analytics teams on customer segmentation to promote usage among existing customers • Assisting in retaining profitable customers through robust retention strategies • Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory requirements to identify improvement opportunities • Managing financial performance, developing forecasts and budgets, and monitoring actual performance • Assessing portfolio performance, usage patterns, profitability, and customer feedback for improvements • Ensuring digital platforms align with product constructs and optimizing customer journeys • Enhancing customer experience and loyalty throughout the lifecycle • Engaging stakeholders for governance and control around portfolio programs • Developing KPIs and dashboards aligned with strategic objectives for senior management • Managing feedback and issues involving the credit card business • Collaborating across Risk, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Legal, and external partners Processes • Supporting execution of credit card business strategies, ensuring seamless customer journeys • Identifying and streamlining major customer pain points • Supporting digitization of portfolio lifecycle processes Execution and Implementation • Supporting delivery of large client programs from initiation to benefits realization • Executing projects across clients, managing risks, issues, scope, and budgets • Building strong client relationships beyond individual assignments • Identifying new business opportunities for Mastercard solutions Team Collaboration & Culture • Developing business recommendations and delivering client presentations • Organizing work and guiding junior team members • Leading meetings and project management efforts • Contributing to intellectual capital and solution development • Mentoring team members and fostering ownership of project management All About You • Experience managing large, complex projects in multicultural environments • Domain knowledge of payments industry and program management skills • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary, multi-geographical programs • Strong presence and industry insights within client organizations • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently • Leadership and team development skills All About Your Education & Skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred • Fluent in local language and English; other languages desirable (Arabic)• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point; project management tools preferred • At least 7 years’ relevant experience in cards product and portfolio management • Regional experience preferred • Willingness to travel Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with inherent risks.
