Job Description - Junior Sous Chef (HOT0BPYE) Job Number: HOT0BPYE Work Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay, Al Abraj Street, Business Bay, Dubai A Junior Sous Chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation, managing and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, and managing food cost controls. What will I be doing? As a Junior Sous Chef, you will: Contribute to menu creation Manage and train the kitchen team effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team Ensure consistency in dish quality Manage customer relations in the absence of the Junior Sous Chef Manage working rotas to meet business needs Support brand standards through team training and assessment Control food costs to support Food and Beverage revenue Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards What are we looking for? The ideal candidate: Approaches food creatively Has strong supervisory skills Is committed to high customer service standards Has excellent planning and organizational skills Is willing to learn It would be advantageous to demonstrate: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings What will it be like to work for Hilton?
