Overview Project Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects - Onsite - BFS - 15+ years experience We are looking for experienced IT Project Manager(s) to lead multiple high-impact initiatives, including: GRC Projects – Compliance, Risk, and Audit (running parallelly with different vendors) AML Application Replacement – A business-critical transformation project The role involves end-to-end project ownership from the bank’s side – ensuring tracking, reporting, escalation, and documentation to meet aggressive timelines and successful delivery. Based on the complexity and volume, we are open to deploying one or multiple PMs . Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, and managing resources. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with GRC initiatives. Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for GRC projects. Communication: Effectively communicating project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to project team members. Process Improvement: Continuously improving GRC processes and frameworks. Training and Awareness: Developing and delivering training programs to promote a culture of compliance. Qualifications UG or PG Essential skills -- GRC Project experience -- Project Management -- Very good communication and Stakeholder management -- Technical Skills viz.
