We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with a passion for fashion, electronics, luxury goods, or general retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards across various brand outlets within the mall. Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets Manage stock levels, assist in stock replenishment and merchandising Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor Education & Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Retail, Marketing, or Business is a plus Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional appearance Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 Commission/incentive on meeting sales targets Health insurance Staff discounts at participating outlets Annual leave and public holiday pay Career development and training programs Accommodation or allowance may be provided Conclusion: Be a part of the dynamic and luxurious retail experience at Dubai Mall.
