You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills. Key Responsibilities of Project Manager Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Manage contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution. Ensure projects align with design, sustainability, and community goals. Oversee budgets, timelines, and compliance with UAE regulations. Qualification Required for Project Manager 5+ Years of UAE experience, has worked on Projects, Development and Construction. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Passion for design-driven, high-quality developments. Must be available immediately. Must have a valid UAE Driving License. Preferred nationality: Indian, Jordanian or Lebanese.
