Grout Operator (OFF)

Job Description a. Reporting to Grout Supervisor, Field Engineer/Barge Superintendent prior to commencement of grouting. b. Execute grouting operation as per grouting procedure and specification. c. Control grouting pumps flow rate, pressure, and accumulated volume of slurry pumped. d. Follow up on grout density and continuously monitor grout mixing system. e. Supervise grout (cubic) samples taken during grouting operation. f. Supervise grout system (cement silo, jet mixer, surge tank, water system, and RCM). g. Carry out crushing tests for grout cubes. Skills Required • High school diploma or equivalent. • 3 years of experience, including experience as a triplex pump operator for RCM, jet mixer system, and grout pump. • Good standard of English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
