Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reputable suppliers to ensure the reliability and quality of raw materials. Supplier Relationship and Contract Management Manage the supplier selection process, emphasizing cost, quality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Negotiate favourable contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and secure supply commitments. Maintain long-term, productive relationships with key suppliers to support continuous production and ensure responsiveness to changing requirements. Inventory and Cost Control Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure raw materials are available in the right quantities and at the right times to meet production needs. Develop procurement budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Conduct price benchmarking and cost analyses to optimize purchasing costs and identify opportunities for savings.
