Patent Attorneys

We are currently recruiting Patent Lawyers across the Middle East. We seek qualified patent attorneys from the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand, ranging from 4 years PQE to Senior Counsel level. High-caliber candidates open to relocating are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be native or fluent in English with strong communication skills to contribute to the growth and expansion of the firm's patent practice throughout the MENA region. Required Qualifications: Relevant degree in physics, mechanical, aeronautical, process engineering, mechatronics, electrical, or electronic engineering. Skills and Qualifications: Fluent English speaker. Versatile candidates capable of: Supporting and expanding the regional patent team in the MENA region. Advising on patent matters, including prior art searches and patentability opinions across various industrial fields. Advising local companies, universities, and inventors on patent law, prosecution, and patentability assessments. Managing patent portfolios and advising on patentability of R&D projects in sectors like oil and gas, high technology, ICT, healthcare, aerospace, biomedical, mechanical, transport, energy, finance, AI, and blockchain. Drafting and filing patent applications in diverse technologies, providing patentability opinions, and advising on portfolio management and filing strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
