Must-Have: 4+ years of experience in Support Services Engineering (NOC Operation) Skilled in monitoring and managing data centers, NOC, virtualization, and cloud environments. Hands-on experience in maintaining documentation for data centers, cloud, and network support, including high & low-level design, global network maps, drawings, and traffic flow diagrams.
