Job Description - IT Coordinator (UAE National) - The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton (HOT0BOU5) Work Locations: THE WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, Yas Leisure Drive, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi An IT Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. What will I be doing? As an IT Coordinator, you will support the IT Department in ensuring the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its guests. Responsibilities include: Providing support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing outages Recording issues and advising the IT Manager on further actions Recommending system improvements Communicating with the hotel Business Center Team for guest-related IT requirements In line with UAE localization regulations, The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton is committed to meeting and exceeding UAE National hire targets as guided by MOHRE and DCT Abu Dhabi. What are we looking for? Ideal candidates will have: Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, or service sectors Experience with Microsoft systems Experience with hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros (preferred) Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Current technical skills and knowledge of technology What will it be like to work for Hilton?
