Job Overview Basic salary up to 4000 AED plus commission and bonus based on experience. Residence visa with RERA card will be provided as per the terms and conditions. Supportive admin, marketing & photographer. Valid UAE Driving license required. Open to both female and male candidates inside Dubai only. Language Skills: Fluent in English mandatory, (Russian) (Chinese) (Arabic is a plus). Requirements: Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, investors & tenants, providing expert advice and guidance on property transactions, market conditions, and investment opportunities. Property Listings: Source, list, and market residential secondary properties for sale/rent, ensuring that each listing is accurately represented and professionally presented on property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and private sites. Sales and Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction as per RERA rules. Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, DXB interact, bank mortgage, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and industry professionals to generate new business opportunities and expand your network. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing buyer & seller needs, responding promptly to inquiries, ensuring all properties are updated with current prices and viewing availability, and resolving any issues that arise during the deal. Administrative Duties: Good knowledge of all necessary documentation, including contracts A, B, F & tenancy contracts, agreements, and property handover, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as per RERA. Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants through various channels, including personal social media and traditional advertising. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other company agents to achieve targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate agent in the Dubai real estate market, preferably with knowledge in the secondary market and with own updated listings ready for our portals. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with buyers, sellers, and investors. In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, viewings, market trends, and RERA rules.
