Posted on 04/28/2025 Manage P&L – drive revenue and manage costs . Recruit, train and drive sales productivity from resources positioned in SDG stores & explore opportunities for expansion . Train, coach and mentor sales personnel to ensure quality performance in terms of approval rates and premium card mix (if applicable) . Ensure sales team adheres to Sales quality and compliance to regulatory and bank guidelines . Reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner bank to ensure no leakages on sales efforts . Share daily and monthly MIS to internal management stakeholders Ensure Outstanding payables are received in time. Interact with third party manpower providers and other partners. Requirements 5+ years - Credit Card sales experience from a banking background and Team Management Experience is mandatory.
