Senior Omnichannel Analyst Role Summary: The role holder is responsible for delivering q-commerce sales & gross margin target through growth strategies within GMG Health & Beauty business division. Job Description: Align and execute plan for Q.Commerce in line with business expectations and target. Manage q-commerce operations in line with growth opportunities and collaborate with Q-Commerce partners such as Talabat, Instashop, Careem, Deliveroo, etc. and onboard new partners where needed. Plan & achieve superior sales & margins ensuring superior ROI through campaigns such as CPC, Premium listing, etc. Coordinate business review meetings with channel partners to improve brand presence & positioning. Evaluate performance against plan and take corrective action for all input and output metrics surrounding product, revenue, traffic, basket size, conversion, pricing gaps, SLAs, Ratings, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, planning, category, and marketing. Ensure stock accuracy levels through continuous monitoring, resolution, and process improvement in collaboration with planning, allocation & ICD team. Collaborate with finance, planning & marketing teams to create promotions/campaigns which will drive the top line and also ensure profitability. Analyze, review and ensure product listing and content on the platform is up to date and as per market trends. Setup and consume reports to review business performance against plan on key areas to be managed. Share insights and recommendations with other stakeholders from buying/planning/Senior management, etc. to enable them to take adequate action for growth of business. Keep an eye on competition pricing and propose/suggest corrective/strategy action plans. Functional/Technical Competencies: Familiarity with Marketplace/Q.Commerce channels and their systems (such as Amazon Seller Central). Proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI for performance tracking. Analyze and interpret reports to evaluate KPIs like sales, traffic, and conversion. Strong understanding of Q.Commerce/e-commerce operations, including product management, order fulfillment processes, and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Excel & other MS Office suite is a must, as well as advanced skills in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Experience in managing Marketplace/Q.Com channels (Instashop, Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) within a retail/pharmacy environment.
