Posted on 05/29/2025 The Sales Executive isresponsible for acquiring new customers and promoting credit cards and otherbanking products. This role involves direct sales, lead generation, andcustomer relationship management to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell credit cards,personal loans, and other banking products to potential customers. Identify and approach prospectiveclients through various sales channels, including field sales, Conduct face-to-face meetingsand presentations to explain product features, benefits, and terms. Meet and exceed assigned salestargets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, events, and customerreferrals. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable bankingproducts. Follow up with potential clients to ensure successfulconversions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers toensure satisfaction and loyalty. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiriesor concerns promptly. Educate customers on responsible credit usage andfinancial management. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies,regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. Collect and verify required customer documents forapplications. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions andsales transactions. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on banking products, promotions, andcompetitor offerings. Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategiesand product offerings. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or arelated field (preferred). 1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financialservices, or related industries. Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or bankingproducts is a plus. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasiveapproach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in atarget-oriented environment. Ability to handle customer objections and convert leadsinto sales. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements: Willingness to work in a field sales environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, ifrequired.
