This includes sales and cost booking, recording and verifying all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in reporting. The role supports decision-making processes by providing details, financial transactional support, and bookkeeping. The role also involves assisting with various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed to support the finance department. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Preparation of Financials: Collect, verify, and consolidate financial data to ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and other financial transactions. Perform cost analysis by breaking down all cost elements, identifying key cost drivers, and providing insights on cost-saving opportunities. Prepare P&L statements, including income, direct costs, and indirect costs. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures. Record daily sales transactions: Ensure accuracy and reconciliation with point-of-sale systems. Cash & Card receipts: Record, reconcile, and deposit cash and card receipts, addressing discrepancies as needed. Supplier and Vendor Invoices: Accurately record invoices, verify with POs and GRNs, and resolve discrepancies. PRO Expense & Credit Card Management: Process reimbursements, track transactions, and ensure timely payments. Utility Bills: Manage processing, verification, and recording of utility expenses. Intercompany Transactions and Reconciliations: Record transactions, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies. Audit Assistance: Liaise with auditors, prepare documentation, and support financial reporting and analysis. Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Semi-qualified CA or MBA (Finance); CA (Inter) candidates considered if suitable. 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE Jewelry sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, ERP systems, payroll, banking, and audit processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior management, meet deadlines. Experience with Win Goal software is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
