GenAI Developer - Flint International

Designs, develops, trains/fine-tunes, and evaluates AI models and pipelines (AI/ML, LLMs, Model Fine-tuning/Distillation, RAG, Prompt Engineering etc). -Gen AI/ML Specific (Mandatory): Deep understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPTs, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, BERT-family models) and their architectures (Transformers); expert-level prompt engineering skills; proven experience implementing RAG patterns; experience with fine-tuning and distillation techniques and evaluation; familiarity with vector and graph databases (e.g., Weaviate, Neo4j); understanding of Gen AI evaluation metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity, human evaluation). -Programming (Mandatory): High proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph, Lang Smith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, Py Torch/Tensor Flow). -Cloud (Mandatory): Experience using managed AI/ML services on the target cloud platform (e.g., Azure Machine Learning Studio, AI Foundry). -Data Handling (Desired): Experience working with both structured and unstructured data. -MLOps (Desired): Familiarity with experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow), model versioning, and monitoring concepts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
