Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation or equivalent specialized courses in Financial Trading/Forex markets. Basic knowledge of financial markets, with a preference for stock and Forex trading. Prior experience in Tele Calling or sales/customer service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills or proven track record in client relationship management. Proficiency in Indian regional languages like Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, etc. along with Hindi.
