Primavera Technical Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Primavera Technical Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and technical support of Oracle Primavera P6 and related modules, including Unifier . The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Primavera solutions, strong database and scripting knowledge, and hands-on experience in customizing and optimizing Primavera-based project controls environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Primavera PPM tools (P6, Unifier). Customize and maintain Primavera P6 applications based on project requirements. Provide technical support, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Primavera applications and integrations. Perform data migration and transformation tasks including data mapping, validation, and cleansing. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Primavera Analytics and Oracle BI Publisher . Manage security configurations, user roles, and access controls within Primavera environments. Document all technical implementations, configurations, integration procedures, and support logs. Collaborate with project stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Primavera PPM solutions , including P6 and Unifier . Strong expertise in SQL , database administration , and data integration techniques. Ability to manage and support Primavera system upgrades, performance tuning, and application patching. Technical Skills: Oracle Primavera P6 – Expert level proficiency. Oracle Primavera Unifier – Hands-on experience preferred. Strong understanding of Primavera technical architecture and documentation. Proficiency in SQL , database management systems , and performance tuning. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python , Power Shell (preferred). Programming knowledge in .NET and experience in developing/consuming web services (REST/SOAP) – a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure – preferred. Preferred Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
