Job Title: Conversational QA Tester Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3–6 Years Department: Quality Assurance / Testing Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Conversational QA Tester to join our QA team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in testing AI-driven conversational platforms such as chatbots and voice assistants. You will be responsible for validating conversation flows, NLP/NLU accuracy, context management, and the overall user experience across various channels (web, mobile, IVR, Whats App, etc.). Key Responsibilities Test and validate chatbot and voice bot interactions across multiple channels (web, mobile app, social messaging platforms, IVR). Collaborate with Product, Development, and NLP teams to ensure accuracy of intents, entities, and dialogue design. Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for conversational journeys. Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and exploratory testing on conversational AI systems. Log defects with precise reproduction steps and support root cause analysis. Ensure proper coverage of edge cases and user scenarios including fallback, interruptions, disambiguation, and multilingual support (if applicable). Monitor logs and analytics tools to identify bugs and anomalies in conversations. Ensure integrations with backend APIs, CRM, and databases function as expected. Provide feedback on UX/UI design of bot flows for better user experience. Perform testing using automation tools (if applicable) and support UAT sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in QA testing with at least 1–2 years in Conversational AI/Chatbot/Voicebot testing. Experience with tools such as Botium, Postman, Selenium, Appium, Dialogflow, RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, Lex, or similar platforms. Good understanding of NLP/NLU concepts like intents, entities, and utterances. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and chatbot backend logic. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience with testing bots in Arabic or other languages (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications ISTQB Certification or equivalent. Experience working on CCaa S or Omnichannel CX platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, or Acqueon. Exposure to testing voice bots integrated with telephony/IVR systems. Familiarity with bot analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Dashbot, or Voiceflow.
