Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading interior fit-out company in the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of high-end commercial and residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and project timelines.Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and design intent.Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.Manage procurement of materials and equipment.Manage and monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and mitigating risks.Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Proactively manage potential changes and variations to the scope of work.Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress reports.Manage project snagging and defect rectification.Obtain final certificates and approvals.Hand over the completed project to the client and ensure their satisfaction.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors.Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Working knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.Fluency in English, Arabic fluency preferred.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
