Job Title: Support Engineer Duration: 5 Years Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Support Engineerwith at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Operations to ensure system stability, resolve technical issues promptly, and facilitate successful deployment of software updates and enhancements.Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal and external software applications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users and stakeholders.Monitor application performance and system health using relevant monitoring tools.Work closely with development teams to perform root cause analysis and implement effective fixes.Document incidents, resolutions, known issues, and standard operating procedures.Assist in deploying software updates, patches, and system enhancements.Adhere to SLAs for incident resolution and escalate unresolved issues as needed.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or application support role.Understanding of software development environments and relational databases.Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Service Now) and monitoring tools.Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Power Shell, Python) is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Nice To Have Exposure to ITIL processes.Experience in a Dev Ops or Agile development environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
