Whats on Your Plate Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to riders breaking guidelines.Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas and behaviors, and provide inputs.Check and ensure riders are using all Talabat branded gear (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves, etc.). Flag non-Talabat riders using Talabat rider gear to maintain brand consistency.Identify riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box, and ensure bikes are kept timely serviced.Perform on-the-spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya, etc.) as per local laws.Monitor and control rider behavior towards restaurants/customers and vice versa.Visit high restaurant density areas during peak demand times to ensure riders maintain safe distances.Assist riders in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.), regardless of company affiliation.Perform vital public services such as protecting life and property, and assisting people in need (community support).Maintain a visible presence on the ground as Talabat's face.Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider and 2-3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator.Presentable with good physical fitness.Disciplined, organized, and with strong ethics.Ability to maintain professional standards even during stressful situations.Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu is required; Arabic is a plus.Proficient in recording, reporting, and analyzing data.Persuasive skills to effectively coach non-compliant riders.Valid Driving License.Remote Work No Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
