Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain coordination and logistics, coupled with the ability to analyze data and create insightful dashboards. This role will play a key part in monitoring raw materials, shipment tracking, and enhancing operational visibility across the supply chain.What you’ll do in this role: Monitor and coordinate daily supply chain and logistics operations, including raw material procurement, production schedules, and delivery timelines.Develop and maintain dashboards to track inventory, shipments, lead times, and supplier performance using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely movement of goods.Extract, interpret, and present supply chain data from ERP systems for reporting and decision-making.Analyze bottlenecks, delays, or cost variances and propose data-driven improvements.Coordinate with vendors and freight providers to track inbound and outbound logistics.Support monthly reporting of supply chain KPIs for management.Communicate effectively with internal and regional stakeholders, including coordination with Dubai-based teams.What We are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau preferred.Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Experience in working across international teams or regions is an advantage.Working at Mulk International What's On Offer Market compatible Tax-Free Salary Flight ticket allowance Medical Insurance Excellent exposure Great career development opportunities in a growing company Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.Mulk International is an Equal Opportunity employer.This is a unique opportunity to grow your career with a growing company that rewards enthusiastic and motivated people.
