About The Role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to help negotiate a wide range of commercial property agreements, supporting our Real Estate team with the expansion of our global offices. You will shape our strategy and approach to commercial property and manage multiple deals across jurisdictions to deliver the best outcomes for Revolut. What You'll Be Doing Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases and agreements related to design, construction, and project management Providing time‑sensitive commercial and operational advice to internal stakeholders Serving as lead counsel and project manager on strategic deals and projects related to our offices globally Resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships Developing and implementing efficient and streamlined contract negotiation and vendor management processes Developing and maintaining standard‑form agreements, and building processes to reduce the legal support required for these agreements What You'll Need 5+ years of practice (PQE) Excellent academic credentials Proven experience in commercial real estate and/or property law Experience managing complex commercial property transactions across multiple jurisdictions A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion in a fast‑paced environment To excel at leadership while also undertaking executional work, handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times Exceptional stakeholder, project management, and communication skills Nice to have Experience working in‑house for organisations with large property portfolios spanning multiple jurisdictions Diversity & Inclusion Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
