Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure all safety regulations are met. Manage the budget to ensure on-time and on-budget completion. Solve problems quickly and with attention to detail. Qualifications Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in managing construction projects (regional experience in UAE or Indian/Malayalee nationality preferred, but all suitable candidates are considered). Biometric passport required.
