Key Requirements Strong experience on Oracle PL/SQL Development (core skill). Strong experience on Oracle Databases 12c/19c. Experience in Wealth Management Platforms (Prospero or Advent). Performance tuning & production support expertise. Banking domain knowledge. Job Summary The PL/SQL Developer / Technical Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications and databases, focusing on wealth management systems such as Advent and Prospero. The role requires deep expertise in PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and integration with financial platforms, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing database solutions aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers for wealth management applications. Collaborate with business analysts and wealth consultants to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT Risk & Control policies, especially within hosted or cloud-based environments. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to deploy fixes and enhancements. Conduct performance tuning and database optimization within Oracle environments to ensure high efficiency and reliability. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for wealth and trading platforms. Required Skills Strong command of Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and database performance optimization techniques. Proficiency with Oracle 12c/19c, TOAD, and ERWIN tools. Hands‑on experience with Prospero, Advent, or similar wealth management platforms. Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines for database deployments. Understanding of AWS cloud environments and hosted architecture models (BYOK, NAS, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
