ROLLER SINGLE DRUM OPERATOR

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Roller Single Drum Operator to join our team at Al Sahraa Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a roller single drum machine to compact earth, gravel, concrete, and other materials on construction sites. The role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in operating heavy equipment in a construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate a roller single drum machine to compact earth, gravel, concrete, and other materials on construction sites. Conduct pre-operational checks on the machine to ensure it is in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Understand and interpret construction plans and specifications to determine the appropriate areas for compaction. Monitor the machine's performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired compaction. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance. Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Follow all company policies and procedures, including equipment maintenance and safety guidelines. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a roller single drum machine in a construction environment. Valid UAE driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification. Knowledge of construction plans and specifications. Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
