Overview Job position: Full Stack Developer (PHP LARAVEL+ANGULAR)Upbeat Digital Agency101 Aljaber Jewellery Building, Zayed the first street, Alhson Area, Abu Dhabi Responsibilities Developing front-end website architecture.Designing user interactions on web pages.Developing back-end website applications.Creating servers and databases for functionality.Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.Ensuring responsiveness of applications.Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.Designing and developing APIs.Meeting both technical and consumer needs.Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.Digital Marketing & Social Media (subset of responsibilities)Manage all paid marketing campaigns & adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.Create paid campaigns & ads across various media platforms to help drive growth across all channels.Plan, build & execute creative & engaging paid campaigns.Monitor & analyze performance to develop ways of spending more efficiently. Create accurate reports outlining results, recommended opportunities for improvement on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.Optimize campaigns by making continual adjustments to targeting and bidding on all relevant platforms in order to maximize the impact of the ads.Recommend & define digital advertising campaign strategies and test plans that reach business objectives.Experience in running campaigns, ads & content across multiple media platforms, including online direct marketing channels (Twitter Ads, Google Ads, etc.).Have strong excel capabilities and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google docs, and MS Office Suite Create, Develop, implement and manage our social media accounts Moderate the comments and messages Manage and oversee social media content Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Sales & Business Development (subset of responsibilities)Lead generation through market research Continuous cold calling of prospective corporate clients (e.g. B2B Sellers)Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department Identify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment Digital Marketing & SEODevelops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations Research and analyze competitor advertising links Develop and implement link building strategy Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Technical Operations & SEO/Website Management Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.Generating Word Press themes and plugins.Conducting website performance tests.Troubleshooting content issues.Conducting Word Press training with the client.Monitoring the performance of the live website.Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/IT staff Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget Oversee user testing and report results—adjust requirements as needed Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle Review all work produced by the development team Ensure code produced meets company standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
