FP&A Analyst Department: Finance & Procurement Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: United Arab Emirates - Dubai Description The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking. This position supports senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and helps shape the financial future of the organization.Key Responsibilities Planning & Forecasting Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions.Monitor actual performance against forecasts and analyze variances.Financial Analysis Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.Business Partnering Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.Assist in scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for business cases.Reporting & Compliance Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Support internal and external audit processes with relevant documentation.Maintain data integrity across financial systems and tools.Qualifications & Skills Master / bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred qualified accountant)3+ years in FP&A, finance, or accounting, with at least 2 years in analytical roles Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
