Location: 100% Remote Experience: 6+ years Key Responsibilities: ️ Lead and coordinate QA efforts for Service Now modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)️ Define test strategies and ensure full test coverage️ Perform regression, exploratory and functional testing️ Track and manage defects using JIRA/Test Rail️ Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams Tech Environment: Service Now, JIRA, Test Rail, SQL, API Testing, Agile/Scrum, Web-based platforms Interested?
