You will be responsible for contacting debtors and negotiate payments. And to recover the money owed in as little time as possible for your Team.Job Responsibilities: Tracing, calling, follow up and convincing Delinquent Customers to negotiate and convert their payments, settlements and updating customer’s records. To focus on achieving the monthly targets. To be responsible for the portfolio allocated and coordinate with the supervisor / Manager.Qualification : A Bachelors degree with strong command in English and intermediate Knowledge MS Office.
