Your key responsibilities include: Performing all tasks to service food and beverages according to the hotel's performance standards Greeting and seating customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests Monitoring the quality of food & beverages served Practicing good customer relations and satisfactorily attending to complaints or queries Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of service equipment Preparing all service-related tasks before, during, and after service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scène)Ensuring minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage Using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue Skills, Education & Experience Ideally, you should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. Good command of English and additional skills in guest service and interpersonal communication are essential.Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate is hands-on with a passion for people and service, maintains a positive and pleasant attitude, and thrives in a busy environment.
