The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in product management or technical sales within the building services or wastewater treatment industry. You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and regional sales teams to ensure product success, compliance with international standards and market competitiveness.Location: Dubai Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete lifecycle of Grease Separators and Lifting Stations, from market analysis and product development to launch and performance monitoring.Serve as the Product Expert, supporting sales teams with technical know-how, conducting training, and providing solutions for customers and consultants.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps & related parameters.Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to introduce product improvements and ensure compliance with local and international standards.Working with municipalities, authorities, developers etc., to ensure approvals, registrations, and relevant requirements to participate in the projects.Support pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities in coordination with marketing and regional sales.Provide both pre & post-sales support besides technical assistance to clients, consultants, and internal / external stakeholders in coordination with Specification team. Provide selection based on sizing calculations on the Grease Separators and Lifting Stations, considering options and criteria for evolving situations.
