We are exclusively representing a world-renowned luxury fashion house in their search for an exceptional Regional Training Manager to lead, elevate, and inspire training excellence across the Middle East.This is not simply a training role it is a strategic brand ambassador position, ensuring that every team member across the region delivers a service experience worthy of the brand’s global reputation. You will take global training frameworks and bring them to life in the Middle Eastern context, combining cultural sensitivity with luxury service mastery.With Dubai as your base, you will travel extensively throughout the GCC, delivering in-boutique sessions, hosting regional seminars, and ensuring every boutique team is equipped, inspired, and performing at the highest level. This is a role for a natural leader who thrives on transforming talent, driving commercial results, and cultivating brand devotion.Key Responsibilities Training Leadership & Delivery Deliver inspiring, brand-aligned training in boutiques and at regional seminars across the GCC, in both Arabic and English.Adapt and localise global training guidelines to the cultural and commercial nuances of each market.Create impactful, responsive training solutions to address immediate performance or client service needs.Talent Development & Succession Partner with HR and Operations to identify high-potential talent, implement succession planning, and support career growth.Mentor, coach, and inspire Store Directors, Managers, and Product Specialists to embody the brand’s luxury service philosophy.Develop and oversee Train-the-Trainer programmes to empower local leaders to deliver consistent training.Commercial & Strategic Alignment Work closely with Commercial Managers to align training initiatives with seasonal sales campaigns, new product launches, and long-term business goals.Monitor and measure training impact on sales performance, client satisfaction, and retention.Support recruitment and onboarding during business expansion phases, ensuring new hires are immersed in brand culture from day one.Innovation & Brand Excellence Collaborate with HQ’s training team to pilot new concepts and introduce innovative training tools across the region.Create bespoke materials that elevate client service, storytelling, and clienteling techniques.Lead training delivery at regional conferences, major events, and high-profile product launches.Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Regional Training Manager or equivalent in luxury fashion or luxury retail.Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).Strong understanding of the GCC retail landscape, with the cultural agility to work across diverse markets.Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills, able to inspire teams and influence at all levels.Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC (most working weeks).Strong commercial awareness, be able to connect training to measurable business results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
